Games 49th birthday deal - WHY MUST WE WEAR PINK / SORT OUT THE RUDE STAFF @Westgate

"It's GAMES 49TH BIRTHDAY GO PINK AND PAY LESS" Wear pink and pay less is what we're told to do, and that's what we did. My mom and I dressed up in pink tshirts and headed down to West Gate Shopping Mall, to Game and bought most of the stuff that was on their birthday specials catalogue. But none of the staff knew anything about why we were suppose to wear pink, or anything about their birthday specials. Infact when we asked, one of the employees said they were going to contact the manager, they got on the phone and had a fat conversation and laughed and told us to wait, we waited for 20 minutes and then I said we cannot wait any longer we have other things to do and that I'm rather going to report them to hello peter for false advertising and tweet about the fact that this game doesn't know what is going on. Then they said okay they will really call the manager and that the first time they didn't call the manager, that the employee just called the admin desk who clearly was her friend and decided to have a conversation. Only to find out the manager was standing by the tv section the entire time. So they made us idiots when the knew when the manager was the entire time. But clearly didn't take us seriously. At first I was confused about the false advertising. But on top of everything else they made us wait around like idiots when we were just asking about the pink specials. Thats very unprofessional. They cannot treat people like idiots. I've never had a problem with game in my life, but clearly those employees have no respect.

@Game Next time advertise properly and be clear or let your staff know what's going on so we don't get left waiting while they laugh at us in another language and don't do what they say they will.
