GAME/RCS/BLAKE ATTORNEYS BLACKLISTED ME AND HARASSMENT CALLS

I received the below email from your RCS offices, I DO NOT OWE GAME/RCS ANY MONEY, NOW YOU PEOPLE HAVE THE NERVE TO PUT MY NAME ON CREDIT BUREAU.
I have been dealing with this since last year June 2019, now you are demanding I pay for nothing i know nothing about?
1. On 20/04/2019 I bought groceries at Eastgate Game , the balance I owed was R2283.86
2. 26/04/2019 I paid R500
3. 27/05/2019 I paid R500
4. 03/06/2019 someone used my details /game card as per the attached somewhere in Kimberly at Checkers, when I received the first sms for I called your call center to complain and block the card , while i was on a call a 2nd sms came through and I also informed the call center agent assisting me at the time and he said it was now blocked.
5. I went to the police station closest to my work place to get an affidavit, I went to JHB GAME after work to submit all the call center agent had requested for me to send, a very rude person from the store sent the document and the call center confirmed to me that it was received and it will take 21 days.
6. I spoke to numerous people at your call center every week trying to get feedback , but nothing happened, the last agent i spoke to in June said I must pay the balance of what owed and the rest will be sorted out by the ***** department.
7. I continued paying what I owed Game 27/06/2019 i Paid R500, 27/07/2019 I paid R400, 29/08/2019 paid R400 and 04/09/2019 paid R484.00, which i have just realized now that I over paid Game , I was supposed to pay R2287.86 but I paid R2784.00, so I Paid R500 more.
8. After I stopped paying I started getting harassment calls from Game all the time, even when i explained your staff demanded i pay for the balance, one of them even said why did I stop paying because i was paying while , I was disputing the purchases in June . After months of receiving calls of demand and me calling every time , In December 2019 I received a call from Victor Jordaan requesting that I completed a form and send it back with my id copy, then I did , calls stopped for a while until end of January , people started calling me again demanding I pay or they will send my name to collections , 2 days ago I received a call from some lady at Blake attorney demanding I pay, when I told her what happened, she said she will send me an email , i must provide certain documents as Im disputing, Now I received the below email , what is the R748.07 for now? why am I being charged for putting a dispute ? someone needs to call me and explain what this R748.07 is for im not paying for this , you cannot charge me for a debt created from *****.
My credit record has been affected due to incompetence.
