GAME/RCS will ruine your credit forever.

i opened an account with Game on 26/08/2015, and i bought products that cost not more than R2500, i started repaying the money on the following month,and continued on a month to month basis, i skipped one instalment and they increased the balance with more than R400, i skipped payment again and the outstanding balance was back to the initial payment, i then went with the full owed amount and settled it and asked them to close the account they then told me that thier contracts are with RCS and they cannot close it i must come back in a month, i came back they told me to phone head office and speak to them and they need a valid reason why i am closing the account as if they gave me a valid reason to open it. i spoke to head office they assured me that the account was closed, i went to check after a friend told me that Game does not close peoples accounts to my suprise the account was still active, they assured me that it is locked and will close at the end of the month up to this day. 12/10/2018 my Game account is still open.
