Game/rcs bad service

Please never get a game / rcs card it wil take u down and give u a bad credit score after i payed my account on ther app it does not reflect on my balance and after numerous attempts and sending my statment to them showing the payment thay wil not fix it amd keep on harassing me for a payment so it meens i have lossed R1000 in the prosses and a bad credit score so dont use them and call centers wount help or give the phone to a supervisor my email *** ***
