Good day I would like to log a complaint against Game/Rcs. After numerous communications with you about my retrenchment I have now received news form you that my insurance policy has lapsed.i feel that this is something you need to rectify due to a lack of service and commitment from your side. I have email evidence to show all the necessary documents was submitted to your claims department on more the one occasion with no feedback from them. I would like a claims manager to look into my situation and give me feedback asap.

Seems like no one is working by you as to date i have not been contacted and have nor received any feedback as to how my problem is going to be resolved.
