I have made a payment to my game account on the 31st January 2024 I even made an instant, I have send proof of payment 3 times but I keep on getting sms and calls that I didn’t pay my account. I have been been paying Game account since 2012 using the same banking details and reference number. I was asked to make a payment for February I told them I’m not going to make a payment until they allocate my payment. The lady they called me today she said she will write it on the system that I said I won’t pay until the payment reflects, guess what after an hour I received an sms that I made a promise to make a payment tomorrow but I never said so. What I see their staff are ***********, one will tell you one thing other one will tell you other thing. They must listen to the record from Tuesday before 3 pm and today before 4
