Game doesn't even deserve the 1 star I am forced to give them! Purchased a product online, continuous follow up from my side with no feedback. I then get a phone call from the warehouse asking to rate the delivery process - which never happened. I then phone the customer care, only to be told my order was cancelled because they ran out of stock - took Game 5 weeks to realise that apparently. I can guarantee I will be waiting another 5 weeks for my refund. Pathetic. Never mind the fact that I am now without a washing machine for 5 weeks, I don't even have the funds to purchase from elsewhere because Game is sitting pretty with my funds. Is Game going to pay me interest on the credit amount sitting on their account and cover my laundry costs? No!
