Game/Massmart *****s!!!

Bought a dishwasher which packed up in warranty. Took Game three weeks to get ok from Hisense to replace, with me following up all the time.

A week (SEVEN DAYS) ago their equally useless logistics partners, Laser Logistics, collected machine from my home. Since then it has simply vanished !!!! Neither Laser nor Game knows where it is or when it will be replaced.

Today alone I spent around four hours on the phone and sending emails to them and Massmart. What is truly shocking is that neither Massmart HO or Game HO answers their phones. It rings for as much as 20 minutes, unanswered.

I am putting it to Massmart, Game and Laser that they are *******.

Fair warning to fellow consumers: unless you are 100% sure what you buy stands no chance of ever needing fixing or replacing, avoid these *****s like the plague which they are
