Game(king Williams Town) manager refused to allow me to make purchase.

Store manager refused me to make a purchase regardless of attempts made to provide proof of identity... Even the lady who works at the store called NCRS to very my details and that passed but manager still refused to allow me to make a purchase. Not to mention they had no problem with me paying the account without physical ID doc. Bad customer service experience ever recieved. Don't even wanna talk about the sassy attitude he gave ??.
