Game/KIC

I ordered a KIC fridge from Game online. They delivered it on the 13/08/21. It was damaged so I asked for a new fridge. I was told it first had to be collected for assessment. Waited approximately 2 weeks for them to collect...another a week to receive a new one that was also damaged. Then gave them the option of refund or new fridge for I could see they were stalling to give the refund. Even offered to leep it as a demo where they offered me R290 of a R6k fridge. Then said they must rather just send another fridge asap for I was stuck without the fridge for almost 4 weeks. Where as they sent another damaged fridge. Sent both back. Now it has been a month and no refund and no fridge. I am just as disappointed in the quality of KIC's workmanship.
