Gamefinrite insurance

I put through a claim with gamefinrite insuranceon the 29th June 2020 already they get back to me on the 24th july 2020 to say the claim has been declined due to the policy that lapsed on the 24th june yet they still deducted on the 29th june which doesnt make sense at all to me no one at game can give me answer i almost called the whole month and everytime they tell its been escaleted to hollard but then all of a sudden i get a call on the 24th july to say the claim was unsuccefull i ask to speak to a teamleader and then hold on for 15min then the call got cut then when i call back i get told there is only one teamleader and she is not available what tupe of service is this its really disgusting. I speak to a ganet veronica she tells me hollard will send me a letter with a number on to call regarding the claim that was cancelled yet she cannot give me the number which does make sense why is the number a secret these people at game is really ridiculious when it comes to service and yet i still dont get feedback regarding the reinstatement of my policies i want all my premiums back immediately
