Am so disappointed in the service I received, I ordered a dstv Explorer in December i received a dstv HD instead on the 11th of December 2020. I requested the the dstv HD to be collected and it was but even today i haven't received my refund. Today it marks a month. Every time I call am told its with refund department but nothing is happening. I call with my airtime but no feedback is giving back to me. I regret the day i purchased this online. I even had to go in store to buy the dstv Explorer. All i need from game is to give me my money back as i paid cash immediately ehen I was doing the online shopping.
