Game Zevenwatch Mall Kuilsriver - poor customer service

I purchased a kettle at Game store at Zevenwatch when I got there the item I had purchased was in display and was not in its new condition, I then asked seeing that I want this specific item what needs to happen. A lady by the name of Shireen was on the floor at the time for assistance, she gave me an attitude and said that she would ask the Manager Isaac Ishameil who said that, they would give me 10% of the item. I asked then what will happen in terms of the warranty as previously we had an experience with my husband where we told to keep the box for warranty, her response loud and rude she said that the slip is enough, me having had previous bad experience at the store, I asked how will I know that, she walked away while I was talking and said she will call the manager, she was so rude and loud and I said I would contact the Game customer care and she said, I can go ahead and do that she doesn't care. I then did but it was outside office hours, 22 March 2020 15h30. The manager came as he was talking to me to explain how the warranty works and discount on items on display that have a slight condition, she (Shireen) kept interrupting standing from afar, shouting, I then said to her, she must please let the manager explain to me as she stormed and walked away to get him from the word go. She then kept interrupting and ended up uttering words such 'Don't you start with me' as though she had met me before or knows me at a personal level. I could not believe it, I then told the manager I will return the next day which was today. I contacted the other manager(Thembakazi Gaba) whom I was directed to who said Shireen was willingly to apologize over the phone, I said no, I would like a apology in person. Got to the store at 17h00,left at 17h50 when the manager came to me and said, she (Shireen) refuses to apologize in person because she doesn't know if she will be able to control her temper if I don't accept her apology. Game store in Zevenwatch Mall, Kuilsriver has given me nothing but grief ever since we being dealing with them but this was just too much. What a horrible experience
