Game Zevenwacht

I went to the game store in Zevenwacht on the 24th of November 2023 to purchase the pro max pool with the pool pump for R1299 that was on special at the time. Since they did not have the pool in stock. I got help by Bradley who suggested I pre-purchase and pay for the pool and when they have it in stock I will get notified to come and collect it. However, it's been a month and a half that I am still waiting for my purchase. They have contacted me 4 weeks later from the date of purchase that they are not sure when the truck will deliver but I can take the pool with a R100 discount. I feel that is unprofessional of the manage because the manage is to provide me with a the pool and a pool pump I have paid for. Not suggesting taking ONLY the POOL with a R100 discount When the pool pumpcosting R600 -R700 which would mean that my purchase is no long R1299 but R1900+. Why must I pay for a pool pump separate when I paid full price for it being inclusive with the pool !!? Very unprofessional and very disappointed. I refused that date and I AM STILL WAITING. It's 2024 and I am waiting on my purchase from 24th of November 2023
