GAME YOUR SERVICE IS DISGUSTING

I ordered a dishwasher from Game (Order: G***) on 29 November. It was supposed to be delivered within 10 business days. Today is day 20! Yesterday, I spoke to a lady on *** who confirmed and reassured me that the dishwasher would be delivered today. This afternoon, I spoke to the same lady who advised that the dishwasher would be "delivered today, definitely". I spoke to the lady again at 17h55 and she advised that the driver was still doing his deliveries but would deliver. The lady then handed over the phone to Jabu who attempted to have me accept that the dishwasher be delivered TOMORROW morning! HOW APPALLING! How can I believe that when they are not keeping their word as it stands? What happened to the reassurances I got?

Is Jabu allowed to do that to customers?
