Game your delivery guys are the worst!!!

Game, you should really review your delivery guys as they are giving you a bad name!

I purchased 2 items online on 1 April, a tv and a washing machine. On the morning of 4 April I received a sms that my items would be delivered with the drivers name and cellphone number. He phoned to confirm someone was home and kept me in the loop, he delivered the tv only as he said the washing machine wasn’t assigned to him. Great guy, great service. At 13:10 I had a missed call, I called the number back and was asked about a fridge. I said I received my fridge already and asked if he was from the company I bought the fridge from-m (not game) - he said yes. At 17:31 I received a an sms saying my washing machine was on its way with this drivers name and contact number, and 17:40 another sms saying the washing machine is on its way. When tracking the delivery on the link provided in the sms it was noted that at 17:31 he logged the delivery as “customer requested alternate delivery day” At 17:57 when I phoned him to query the delivery he told me he didn’t have airtime to phone me and had given me a missed call from another number! I told him I had spoken to him because I phoned him back and he said it was a fridge and it’s not a fridge I was expecting!! - he said he couldn’t deliver because he has already returned it to the shop and it was too late but he promised that it would be delivered on Tuesday as they don’t deliver on Sundays and Monday was a public holiday. This morning I phoned him again to confirm the delivery, he advised he had the washing machine and will deliver between 14:00 and 15:00. At 16:25 I phoned him again and he advised he still has the machine and will still deliver. However, if I look at his tracking yet again at 13:50 it was logged as delivery was reattempted and nothing after that. This delivery guy has blatantly **** on all of his logs, I have removed and reinstalled my old washing machine twice and wasted 2 days waiting for the delivery based on lies. Delivery has now been delayed for 4 days due to this man’s incompetence yet you have had my money for the item for over a week! I would honestly not recommend buying online at Game if the chances of it being delivered on time are 50/50! I can’t understand how I received the tv perfectly on time, delivered by a lovely gentleman who gave great customer service yet the order was split and the washing machine was handed over to someone who obviously has no idea what he is doing and is untruthful at the same time!
