Spent my whole Saturday at Game, due to their inefficiency! Spent more than an hour at Game Alberton to get a price break on washing machine. Only 1 person Theo was assigned to do all the purchases, tv license checks & price breaks. Their system is so slow. It took an avg of 1 & half hour to help 1 customer! Then we were sent to their warehouse. 1 person was working the computer. Scores of people were waiting since the morning. Head office wasn't taking any calls! There was no way of doing social distancing as clients had been waiting since morning to collect their items.
