GAME worst store to order online

I'm extremely disappointed and very upset about the service I’ve received. Placed an online order on 28.08.2023 delivery was to be 2-5 days. To date I have not received my order and I am being given the run around by your courier PDP Laser who still have not provided feedback.

How is this my problem if they *****ed up. I paid for an item I still don't have!!! I have to keep calling to follow up! Yet I kept being given empty promises and NO FEEDBACK. Nobody calls or gives an update. Can I just have my order and you guys sort this out on your own. I’m really not impressed!! INCOMPETENCE at it's best
