Game worst store don't buy there

I bought a washing machine and I was convinced to purchase an extended warranty, the washing machine has the start button not working logged a call with them I have been waiting for a technician to call me and their turnaround time has ended, game after sales support is the worst I will never buy anything from them ever again.
