Game worst shopping experience as usual

Buy appliances as game at your own risk. I bought a Defy washing machine at game in April. When the machine got here it had a fault it was leaking… Called and informed them . Technician came and said the need to give me a new one That was in May. I have been waiting ever since until today i keep being sent from pillar to post Sibusiso at Ilanga mall said it’s no more a game problem it’s a Defy problem. That time i paid my money to game stores 🚮. I wish i never wasted my time with the store
