Game worst service ever

I am so disappointed in Game i ordered a baby camp cot online onthe 19/05/2021, delivery done 21/05/2021. The cot was delivered without baby changer sack i emailed them n ty promised to check stock within their close stores and aftre 3 days i received a call that they arranged a pick of the whole item since they could not find th missing item . Pick up was done on the 2/06/2021 . There was never response or anything until i made follow up on the 20/06/2021. And walla today i got the camp cot the same way i sent it back without the baby changer sack still .
