Game worst service

I bought a packerbell laptop in January 2015. It doesn't work anymore so I returned it. In store they refuse to help me so I asked for the manager. I waited for 30min and he never came. The staff had to call him 5 times and he still didn't come. I asked for the head office number but when I phoned it was an invalid number. Im very unsatisfied with your service. I need my laptop as this is my income. I hope this gets your attention seeing that going to the store didn't help . Cause there is no service.
