Game WORST online store

Don't buy anything online using game.co.za store, the WORST I purchased a fridge game.co.za online on the 8 April 2022, the order was to be delivered by April 15, the order is not yet delivered, I call them every day, they always loop around, they always telling me they checking with a courier, I stay online over 30 min, no resolution, no update, their website on track order even now its still saying to be delivered by 15Aprl, but the road map is still on order confirmed. Such a very poor service, no customer communication, no update everytime I have to waste my time and money to be in call with them

One consultant mentioned that they went on a new system and is still sorting out why game keep delivery dates if they cannot keep it. Worst online shopping experience ever!!!! 😡😡😡😡
