Game worse service

Game Store what a worse service been provided. I purchased two fridges via their website and the items were not delivered when I enquirer with them why my item not delivered the said they didn’t receive the payment, I send them confirmation of payment and failed to trace the funds, after a week they needed bank statement which I’ve sent it to them, still they never help me and they asking me to send the same statement to RCS while they have everything. Last their call Centre you talk to them more than an hour still they won’t resolve the issue. What a bad serotonin such a big company
