I opened an account at game to purchase a fridge then i lost my card and i called in to block my card i never activated it again was just paying monthly depit in may 2019 dey started taking R1500.00 instead of R500.00 i noticed this in june 2019 i called in game store when i was told I purchased goods costing R18000.00 online. My profile was changed my email and cellphone number how so if I didn’t send my id copy how does someone buy online without the help of people working at game. End of july 2019 i was told to submit d affidavit n copy of id which i did i was told it takes 21working days to complete the investigation and when i called last week to get the feedback no investigation was done Game is a ******* they don't protect their client they work with ******** to access our profile.
