Game Worcester Western Cape Sucks!

This store’s customer service is pathetic! When asked for help to call somebody that knows a certain department, he did not show up. I asked the lady to call somoene else then she gets angry with me ? this is not the first time that i ask for help and waits 30 minutes or more to recieve the help.
