Game Worcester Terrible service

I bought a brand new 12v Heater / cooler from the Game Store in Worcester, and it was a cash sale. As soon as I could I have pluged it in for the first time and the fan sounded like it was lose and hitting against the side. I then switched it off and moved the cooler to another place as I thought it might stand scew.

It still did the same and stoped. And after this it dis not work again.

I took it back to the store and the lady that helped was friendly and said rhere is no problem they will exchange it.

There was this *** (i think his name is Sheldon) who than said no they have to inspect it and then only will i bw notified on the outcome.

This is 3 weeks later I still have not receive any update, no money back no return, nada nothing. I am working on the roads everyday and bought it so that i can keep coldrink cold.

This is very poor service from Game. I need this item to be replaced asap or a refund.

And i need an updata asap. I am very upset about this ***
