Game Worcester pathetic service

Game Worcester is giving pathetic service. I have returned a item on 31 May 2021 and have being trying to contact them to establish what is going to happen because i want a refund. I have tried contacting them and the contact person Tracey is just not available. When i got hold of her the line was so bad i could not hear her, i asked her to contact me back which did not happen. Since then i tried to contact the switchboard 23 times with out any reply. This is not acceptable service delivery.
