Game Woodlands bad service yet again

Yet another poor service from Game Woodlands. I bought a phone on the 27th of May 2019, Samsung Galaxy A2 core, on the 8th June 2019 the phone just went off, and did not go back on again. In one week, the phone was wrecked.

I returned it, and till this day the 26th of June 2019, I have not received my phone or a refund. I went to the shop more than once to follow up, but the advisor at customer services, Nicollete Masilela said the phone is still with the supplier.

Now, any human being would be very displeased with this, buy a phone and in under one week the phone is wrecked, and there are no responses and you find yourself phoneless for over a month. Is this fair??????

I'm extremely dissatisfied with game Woodlands service. They also take no responsibility, and put the blame to the supplier.

My issue is who did we buy the phone from? Why do I have to suffer for over a month without a functioning phone?

Really I wouldn't recommend Game to anyone to purchase there, based on this service. I'm shuttered!
