Game Woodlands

IV never been so disappointed in the Game store at Woodlands Mall Pretoria east ... I always shop there but the service there is pathetic. The staff there is so rude let me actually say this lady that was assisting me gave me that 'I don't face' and starting pointing fingers at the other staff member instead of taking Ownership and saying they didn't process my purchase yet I left my contract details with them. Apparently they needed me to be in store to do the layby and I was told to leave and come back to pay later on,they didn't even bother to call me to come back to finish to purchase that was around 1pm and when I went back there nothing was done . They didn't even call me ,Funny part abt that is I got the same bad service when I purchased 2x TVs mid this year and the service still sucks...
