Game Wonderpark took my return but still haven't refunded my money

on Sat the 26th Nov 2022 I returned a TV game I bought the previous day on the 25th Nov 2022. The lady whi was assisting me ( Maria at the Game Wonderpark) told me she doesn't know how to refund my return. so she asked if she can take everything. Make me sign for the return and send to Head Office. they will refund first thing Monday morning. Monday 14:15 after having heard nothing from her. I decided to call Game wonderpark. Switchboard answered my call and was placed on hold after the transfer. held on the phone till it was cut off. Called four times and everytime she transfers me I would hold for thr next person till the line cuts off. She even went as far as calling me and saying she is transferring me to the manager, but no manager, no assistant, no chasier no one is answering my calls or even giving me an update on when are they going to refund my money. Even the admin Manager did not answer the phone. so now what is the point of calling your stores or u promising to call clients and you just keep us o hold like fools
