GAME WONDERPARK ONLINE PURCHASE FOR FAULTY BICYCLE

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent purchase from your Wonderpark store. On August 2nd, 2024, I purchased two bicycles for my sons, including a Raleigh 16 model. However, upon collecting the bicycles on August 4th, 2024, I discovered that one of the Raleigh 16 bicycles had a punctured tire. Despite my efforts to pump it up, the air kept escaping, rendering the bike completely unusable.

This issue significantly impacted a special event planned for my boys, causing unnecessary frustration and disappointment. Given the lack of quality control, I strongly advise against purchasing bicycles from Game Store.

Imagine now I have to go through the inconvenience of buying a patch for a brand new bicycle or having to travel to Wonderpark when I arranged transport on the day. It's going to be at an additional cost to me
