Game won't give us our free microwave!

<p>We bought a Hisense fridge that came with a free microwave at Game store soshanguve crossing branch. We were told that the microwave isn't available at the time of delivery so the fridge was delivered alone. Now we are fetching the microwave and still getting more stories. They are even refusing to give us a refund. The guy who sold us the offer is Koketso and he's avoiding any contact with us in the store. We want our microwave or a full refund! This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced </p>
