Game Witbank lies for sale

Last year I bought a vacuum cleaner from them. Before purchasing I asked if spares such as filters were available. Of this I was assured. So I purchased the product. Lo and behold, a year later I returned to obtain a filter only to be told that the store doesn't stock parts. They then sent me on a wild goose chase around town for parts. No luck. I do believe that Game Witbank should now locate the part I require at no cost to me and deliver it to me, as they **** to me in order to obtain a sale. This item was nearly double my intended expenditure. Instead they now give me a contact number for the manufacturer. Not their fault sorry to say. Lies originated in store.
