Game will not honour your warranty!!

Absolutely disgusting service from Game Fourways in Johannesburg. Bought a microwave a few years ago with an extended warranty that stopped working recently. Took it back to them to repair, was told it would take a little longer than usual (1 month) as it was an extended warranty. Which would have been fine. Somehow, the repair took FOUR MONTHS despite repeated calls Got the microwave back last week, it stopped working within 2 days. Took it back to Game today to greet the stuck up face of an extremely rude and unhelpful mananager who says they will "see whatthey can do" as fixing things THEY SOLD within the time of waaranties or guarantees that again, THEY SOLD is apparently not their problem.
