Game will lie and ***** your money

I have been waiting for my order from Game for a month now. Every time I call I am told different stories about where the item is first it is stuck with the courier and now I’m told that it is still at the store pending pick up from the courier. Despite the face that they sent me a message to say the item has been dispatched 2 weeks ago.

Worst experience, will never buy from them again!!
