Game will give you the run around and keep your furniture instead of delivering it

Game will keep your stuff and not deliver it while giving you the run around. I have visited Game Amanzimtoti a few times and even called but every single time I do so, I am given a new story or transferred to multiple people to no end. My sofa still has not been delivered and the staff (namely: Sboniso Majola) have a don't care attitude that borderlines on rude. My couch is fully paid for but they are keeping it, at this point I doubt they still even have it. They have made the moving process for me unbearable as I do not have a couch and can't but another one because I spent the money with them.
