Game - What customer service?????

Ordered a bicycle online 18 Oct 2021 bike was delivered 25 Oct 2021, faulty! Notified game who collected 2 Nov 2021. After 2 weeks of getting NO feedback after calling every second day. I asked for a refund. Today is the 23 Nov 2021, all i get is empty promises that someone from claims department will call me.... this has been going on for over a week and no one bothers to call me back!

I am disgusted with the pathetic excuse of service!!!! I mean seriously, its easy to take someones money - but when it is time to give it back... it is excuse upon excuse!

I advise you not to buy anything online from game... EVER!!
