Game Westwood Mall - Cell phone dept calls unanswered
I called Game at Westwood Mall Over 10 times on Monday to query if the store had stock of a cell phone advertised for upgrade, however there was no answer. On my 11th attempt, I asked to speak to the manager, The manager Shamir apologized & advised on my query as there was no stock & it will be arriving on Wednesday or Thursday. So, I called today to check if they had stock, & no answer after 5 attempts. I told the lady that answered the phone my frustration & she said she will get someone to call me back. The lady called me back 5 minutes later & I couldn't understand why she was so unprofessional & laid back however she did advised that there was stock.

09 Dec 2020, 16:18Well, I tried calling again to ask them to keep aside those phones for me.. I made my 4th call & no answer. The lady who answered the call said they on lunch, so I asked is there no one in that department has everyone gone for lunch at 4.15 & she said lets see & transfers me again.. Still no answer

I called your customer care office and spoke a lady Carmilla and she said she will query on behalf. For them to keep stock aside for me.. when she was calling as well no answer.
She said she will keep trying to call and will revert back when they answer
