Game Westwood lost my TV

I took my TV in for repairs just over a month ago. The process to have it sent for repairs was a nightmare on its own but now getting it back is even worse!! I’ve been calling for an update on it and no one seems to know what’s going on. I was told that I would be called back and no one had bothered calling me back. WHATS GOING ON? Is my TV lost? Because I wouldn’t be surprised.
