GAME Westwood has the WORST SERVICE

Game Westwood is a disgrace. I took my TV in for repairs after it stopped working(which seems to be a common trend with GAME TVs). I spent over an hour at customer service because they didn’t know what they were doing. Then after that I was told to leave the tv behind and they would try send it for repairs. They said they would call me once the tv is sent and yet I’m STILL waiting for communication from them. Furthermore their phone lines are not working. So I don’t even know how to contact them without having to physically go to the shop. USELESS SERVICE.
