Game Westgate Roodepoort

Tried to do a price beat at game Westgate and the manager who was called to authoriser the purchase tried by all means not to honor their promise. 1st the lady tried to call all the stores I mentioned that I saw the phone at, other stores didn't answer. The one that answered and said yes they do have the phone the manager said call again and ask if it's not a display one of which it was so they can't honor that(I understood). He decided to go to the other stores since they were not answering. 2 stores had the phone but apparently since it was not under the same network they can't honor it. OK on to the next one. Ackermans has 3 stores at Westgate and he only went to one n they also didn't have stock. He didn't bother to ask Ackermans to call the other 2 stores to check if they had. I ended up leaving the store without the phone. Went to buy it somewhere. On my way home I went to Ackermans mobile and saw that they had the phone (3 in total) under the same network as game. Send a message on their Facebook messenger and someone got back to me but ended up saying that they looked into it and agreed with the manager that there is nothing they could do as other stores had no stock. I feel like... Same as the manager the guy who tried to help with my quiry did nothing to honor their policy of price beat
