Game westgate Roodepoort.

2 years ago i app**** for a game rcs card, it was approved, on the day i activated it, i made a purchase of a hisence smart tv at Game Westgate in Roodepoort. This past 3 weeks has been a non stop up and down to obtain assistance. On the day my tv stoped working i realised we dnt have the receipt i called the store and advised of my delima i was told to go with the card statement. From there i was asked a bar code, box is gone we live in a small space where we cant keep empty boxes. I have a model nr wich can trace to their stock, they say tehy cant find the tv on their older stock, neitjer find the purchase in journals. As a credit controller i can find a clients transaction by multiple ways i asked if they can look at the id copy they made for the licence, im told it is in archive. All efforts to prove i bought the tv there seems fruitless. So i am stuck with a broken tv tht is within its waranty.
