Game Westgate - pathetic.

I bought a fridge at Game Westgate Mall on the 3rd of December 2024 and I was told delivery will be made on the 4th, which wasn't. I came back to the store on the 5th and was told it'll be delivered on the 6th. I'm back in store on the 7th and they're refusing to refund me my money. This is extremely frustrating because they botbeven allowing me my right to go make a purchase elsewhere. Why offer free delivery if you're going to take your time? Had I known this would happen I'd have made other means to get the fridge to my home. Extremely dissatisfied.
