Game Westgate Mall not customer centric
Game Westgate Mall offers pathetic service, I was at the customer service to get a replacement for my Game RCS card, the ladies there were not helpful, I waisted 1 hour of my time and left there without being assisted. They refused to log in using the stores Wi-Fi so that I can complete my authentication and receive my card.
