GAME Westgate - Horrible Service - it's s the Pits!!

I bought a Laptop ( Acer Aspire 3) at Game Westgate on the 24th of June 2022. A month and a half after buying it I realised that it was very slow for its spec and eventually it crashed. I tried to recover it but I couldn't, so I took it back to the shop on the 25th of August (exactly 2 months from the day of purchase).

On the Repair agreement it clearly states that " Should repair take more than 21 days, the item will be replaced or refunded." However it's has been a full month and 10 days and I still haven't received my Laptop.

The most Frustrating part is that I'm the one who always calls for feedback. You can tell that they don't CARE at all. The service there is the pits Shem... I would NEVER recommend anyone to buy there.
