Game Westgate empty promises

I bought a washing machine at Game Westgate in 2019 with extended warranty, which I paid extra for. My machine is now faulty and I reported to Game on 21 October 2021. I have been taken back and forth up to this day, a series of emails, tweets (DM's) and calls, no assistance from Game. Only promises that a technician will call.
