Game Westgate - Compliment Suzan Zondi

In visiting the Game store in Westgate yesterday it was clear that service is not a priority the manager is sitting on his cellphone. After engaging with 3 game staff members(not even the ones standing around and not being helpful at all) for a specific product and 3 of the said they don't have the product. It was much to my delight that I met Suzan Zondi, it was clear that she knows the store and where all the product were. She was so helpful and went to the storeroom upstairs to go and get my product. (Suzan is an older lady and the panel heaters were heavy but not ones did she complaint she was too happy to assist me). Suzan thank you for your service yesterday and thank you for being a brand ambassador for Game it is clear that your colleagues can learn from you. Keep up the good work.
