Game Westgate

I am so disappointed and livid with Game store West-gate Branch. Unprofessional and pathetic service 🙄 the worst to be exact . I returned a bicycle cos the pedal fell off after 3/4 days of buying it cash . This people do not even bother to give feedback nor or what's happening I've been going to the store calling the damn call center still no help They always sag the technician is coming wensday it's been over 5 weeks still no help what's so ever this is pathetic can I get a new bike or my money back
