Game West Street Durban. Excellent service

An unexpectedly pleasant surprise. I have not had any problem with Game Stores before, but the service I received when returning a faulty air cooler to Game West Street Durban was 100% better than at any other business. The staff were professional and not at all condescending as some are at other places.

The Indian lady who assisted me (I only bring up her race because I did not get her name and hopefully her employers will know who she is and acknowledge her) was professional and understanding. Within 10 minutes of entering the store, I was on my way out of the store with a voucher for either a replacement, store credit, or refund. Because of that exemplary service, I chose to use that same money at the same store. Well done Game stores. Keep up the good work. Kudos to your employees and training procedures.
